A typical day:
Perform low, medium, and high-voltage isolation, maintenance, and testing.
Commission and maintain power equipment: breakers, switchgear, relays, transformers.
Execute equipment upgrades and ensure compliance with project scope and standards.
Build strong client relationships through on-site interaction and service excellence.
Identify service opportunities and communicate them to leadership.
Prepare job plans and ensure materials and equipment availability.
Provide regular project updates and maintain effective stakeholder communication.
Complete documentation, technical reviews, and reports accurately and on time.
Execute equipment upgrades and ensure compliance with project scope and standards

Successful candidates will have:
Trade or technical school certification; Electrical Engineering degree or CET an asset.
Minimum 3+ years in field services, commissioning, or maintenance of power systems.
Hands-on experience with breakers, switchgear, relays, and transformers.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively (75%).
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays during peak seasons.
Strong problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.
