Your Responsibilities
- In this role, you’ll configure, maintain, and enhance Dayforce modules including HR, Payroll, Time and Attendance, Benefits, and Talent.
- You’ll support system implementations, upgrades, and testing cycles from planning through execution.
- You’ll manage data integrity, audits, and system security controls with a strong eye for detail.
- You’ll create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support informed decision-making.
- You’ll troubleshoot system issues, provide user support and training, and document processes and best practices.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2+ years of progressive HRIS or HR systems experience.
- Hands-on Ceridian Dayforce experience, required.
- Strong understanding of HR, Payroll, and Time and Attendance processes.
- Experience with system configuration, reporting, and data analysis.
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working with diverse stakeholders.
