Responsibilities:
Act as the primary HR advisor to employees and management
Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and orientation
Lead employee relations, performance management, and investigations
Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and PTO tracking
Ensure compliance with Ontario employment legislation
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and proceduresorientation and onboarding.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Utilize HR systems and technology to streamline processes
Successful candidates will have:
5+ years of HR experience in a Generalist or HR Manager role
Experience working independently or in a standalone HR position
Minimum 3 years in your most recent role
Strong hands-on experience with recruitment, payroll, and benefits
Solid knowledge of Ontario employment laws and employee relations
Comfortable using HR systems, payroll software, and MS Office
CHRL designation or progress toward it is an asset
Professional judgment, discretion, and strong communication skills
