Your Responsibilities
• You’ll manage and maintain endpoint devices, server infrastructure, and virtualized environments across the organization
• You’ll administer and support Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform environments, including monitoring, optimization, maintenance, and deployment activities
• In this role, you’ll support hybrid networking environments, including cloud connectivity, on-premises infrastructure, and firewall administration
• You’ll oversee employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including account provisioning, access management, and device configuration
• You’ll provide support for business applications, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate with external vendors when required
• You’ll perform database administration activities, including backups, restorations, installations, and basic SQL query execution
• You’ll manage identity and access management platforms and track operational initiatives through Azure DevOps within an Agile environment
Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years of progressive experience in systems administration, infrastructure support, or a related technology role
• Hands-on experience managing Windows and Mac endpoints, Windows and Linux servers, and Hyper-V environments
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Knowledge of hybrid networking, firewall management, and cloud connectivity
• Proficiency with PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar scripting languages
• Experience with Microsoft Intune, SQL Server, Google Workspace, Salesforce Administration, and Azure DevOps
• Strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to continuous learning, including the effective use of AI tools
