Agilus is recruiting for a Spare Parts & Service Sales Representative in the Metals Sector in a hybrid work environment in Burlington, Ontario.
This is not a desk only role—and it’s not traditional sales. This is an opportunity for a technically curious, problem solving go getter early in their career to step into the real world of industrial equipment, customer sites, and hands on troubleshooting. You’ll learn how systems work, how parts fail (and get fixed), and how to turn technical challenges into solutions that matter to our clients, while being trained by experienced engineers and sales professionals.

Responsibilities:
Support and manage spare parts inquiries from customers and internal teams
Assist in preparing technical quotations and proposals with accuracy
Read and interpret technical drawings and documentation (with training provided)
Work closely with Engineering, Service, Procurement, and Logistics teams
• Participate in field visits to understand equipment and customer challenges firsthand
Troubleshoot part and equipment issues using a structured problem solving approach
Maintain accurate records in the ERP system and follow internal processes
Operate within ISO and HSE standards, ensuring safety and quality
Successful candidates will have:
A technical education (Engineering degree, diploma, or closely related field)
Very strong problem solving skills and logical, structured thinking
Curiosity about how mechanical systems, equipment, and components work + passionate about sales
A self starter / go getter mindset—you take initiative and ask questions
Comfort being out of the office, visiting sites, and interacting with customers
Willingness to learn through hands on experience, not just theory
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical ideas simply
Valid driver’s licence and openness to domestic (and later international) travel
