This is an opportunity to step into a senior, hands-on infrastructure leadership role within a modern, public-interest focused regulatory environment. Working alongside cloud, security, and operations leaders, you will guide complex infrastructure initiatives from design validation through operational acceptance. Your work will directly influence stability, scalability, and compliance across data centre, network, virtualization, and cloud platforms in a mission-critical environment.

Your Responsibilities
You’ll provide senior technical leadership across data centre operations, cloud infrastructure, networking, storage, and virtualization environments.
In this role, you’ll deliver enterprise automation using PowerShell, Azure Automation, Terraform, and Bicep to improve consistency and efficiency.
You’ll oversee Tier 3 production support, change management, and infrastructure releases in controlled environments.
You’ll lead technical assessments to strengthen stability and ensure alignment with vendor-supported platforms and patch levels.
You’ll coordinate testing, transition, and operational acceptance for infrastructure projects end-to-end.
You’ll advise on infrastructure standards, security compliance, DR, and capacity planning while ensuring documentation remains current.
Skills and Qualifications
10–15+ years of progressive enterprise IT infrastructure experience.
7+ years in senior or lead infrastructure roles across data centre, network, storage, virtualization, and cloud.
Strong experience with Azure IaaS and PaaS, networking, identity, automation, monitoring, and cost optimization.
Deep technical knowledge of enterprise networking, SAN and NAS, backup and disaster recovery, and virtualization platforms.
Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Linux, and infrastructure security controls.
Relevant certifications such as Azure Administrator, Terraform Associate, CCNP equivalent, Veeam, and ITIL v4 are considered strong assets.
