Your Responsibilities
You’ll take ownership of projects throughout all stages, including planning, design, procurement, and construction
You’ll manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and reporting, ensuring projects meet expectations
You’ll coordinate and monitor the work of consultants and construction teams, negotiating contracts to deliver optimal value
You’ll maintain strong communication with stakeholders, resolving issues and ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle
You’ll mentor and guide team members, helping them develop their skills and succeed in their roles
You’ll provide input on project and organizational processes, contributing to continuous improvement
Skills and Qualifications
5–10+ years of experience in development or project management, ideally on large institutional projects
Degree or diploma in a relevant discipline
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with confidence to influence decisions
Experience with construction management methods and procurement best practices
Exceptional organizational, time-management, and communication skills
Proven ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
