Your Responsibilities

• You’ll take ownership of projects throughout all stages, including planning, design, procurement, and construction

• You’ll manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and reporting, ensuring projects meet expectations

• You’ll coordinate and monitor the work of consultants and construction teams, negotiating contracts to deliver optimal value

• You’ll maintain strong communication with stakeholders, resolving issues and ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle

• You’ll mentor and guide team members, helping them develop their skills and succeed in their roles

• You’ll provide input on project and organizational processes, contributing to continuous improvement

Skills and Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of experience in development or project management, ideally on large institutional projects

• Degree or diploma in a relevant discipline

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with confidence to influence decisions

• Experience with construction management methods and procurement best practices

• Exceptional organizational, time-management, and communication skills

• Proven ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
