Location: Toronto, Ontario (Hybrid, 3 days on-site downtown, 2 days remote)

This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-impact Program Manager role supporting a large-scale, community-focused claims initiative within a professional services environment. You’ll help oversee complex program workstreams tied to a high-profile class action settlement, ensuring alignment, accountability, and progress across multiple stakeholders.
In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with senior leaders, project managers, and cross-functional teams while contributing to work that has real social impact. Your Responsibilities
You’ll coordinate and oversee multiple program workstreams, ensuring alignment with overarching objectives and timelines
In this role, you’ll communicate regularly with senior stakeholders, project managers, and external partners
You’ll monitor program progress, identify risks, and work with teams to implement mitigation strategies
You’ll develop clear reporting and data visualizations to support transparency and informed decision-making
You’ll track issues, manage competing stakeholder priorities, and support overall program governance
Skills and Qualifications
5+ years of project or program management experience within complex environments
Strong ability to synthesize data and develop clear, executive-level reporting
Experience working with cross-functional or technical teams, DevOps exposure is an asset
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce knowledge is an asset
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working under pressure
