About the Opportunity
This is a temporary, standalone reception role supporting the front desk while the incumbent is on vacation. The position plays a key role in creating a welcoming and professional first impression for clients and visitors while supporting general office operations.
You’ll be responsible for managing reception duties in a professional office environment, handling phone calls, greeting clients in person, and assisting with light administrative tasks as needed. Minimal training is required, with a focus on core reception responsibilities.

Skills and Qualifications
Comfortable speaking with clients in person and over the phone
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle light administrative tasks confidently
Reliable and comfortable working independently
Your Responsibilities
Answering incoming phone calls and transferring them appropriately (approximately 6 calls per day)
Greeting clients and visitors in person in a friendly and professional manner
Managing incoming and outgoing mail
Printing and labeling packages using UPS when required
