Total rewards: $24.00 - $48.00 hourly Potential for ongoing casual assignments Safe and structured work environment Competitive hourly rate based on experience Flexible casual schedule for vacation and ad-hoc coverage Opportunity to work in a leading industrial environment Gain exposure to oil & gas operations Supportive team culture focused on safety Hands-on experience with CMMS systems Responsibilities: Receive and verify incoming materials against documentation Process receipts in CMMS (Maximo) and maintain accurate logs Label and organize materials in warehouse and satellite locations Ship materials with proper documentation (TDG, SDS, etc.) Issue materials for work orders and daily picks Maintain tool crib and assist with cycle counts Escort deliveries and prioritize urgent shipments Support organizational projects as required Requirements: Proficiency in CMMS systems (Maximo/SAP/JDE) TDG certification and WHMIS/GHS knowledge; Emergency First Aid Level C certification A flexible schedule and a desire to work in a casual capacity Industrial oil & gas experience preferred Ability to work in varying weather and terrain conditions Minimum 5 years of shipping/receiving experience Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) This posting is for an active opening.
