About the Opportunity
Join a high-impact public sector team supporting a mission-critical relocation and modernization initiative within Canada’s defence environment. This role sits at the centre of a phased move from temporary facilities into a secure, purpose-built space that enables joint training, experimentation, and operational effectiveness.
You will collaborate closely with leadership, section heads, operations staff, and key external partners to keep requirements, documentation, and decisions moving forward. If you thrive on coordination, clarity, and being the person who ensures nothing gets lost between stakeholders, this is your chance to become the “institutional memory” behind a complex, multi-year program.
What’s in it for You
Work in a purpose-driven environment where your organization and follow-through directly support national-level capabilities. You will gain exposure to large-scale infrastructure planning, secure operations, and cross-functional coordination within the National Capital Region. Expect a workplace that values accountability, collaboration, and practical problem-solving.
Your Responsibilities
You’ll coordinate stakeholder meetings to define relocation requirements and capture clear outcomes.
In this role, you’ll draft and update Statements of Operational Requirements (SOR) across project phases.
You’ll maintain a structured MS Teams project folder, ensuring key documents are current and easy to find.
You’ll track milestones, prepare status updates, and flag risks with practical mitigation options.
You’ll build and update schedules, plans, and supporting project documentation.
You’ll prepare correspondence and presentations, and deliver briefings as required.
Skills and Qualifications
2+ years of progressive experience coordinating complex infrastructure projects, ideally involving relocations or refurbishments.
A Canadian degree or college diploma (or recognized Canadian equivalency).
Experience in CAF/DND environments, and familiarity with SOR (Infrastructure), SOW, funding approvals, and Security Requirements Checklists.
Strong meeting facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Confidence managing multiple priorities with discretion in secure settings.
