Your Responsibilities
You’ll lead the procurement lifecycle by organizing sourcing strategies and developing tender documents to secure a wide range of goods and services cost-effectively.
In this role, you’ll negotiate complex contracts and terms, ensuring compliance with departmental policies and advising senior management on risks and benefits.
You’ll act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, staying current on industry best practices to drive the continuous improvement of procurement tools and processes.
You’ll manage supplier relationships proactively, conducting performance reviews and engaging with vendors to ensure transparency and quality delivery.
Skills and Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Supply Chain, backed by a degree or certification in a related field.
Extensive knowledge of contract law, RFP creation, and risk management principles, with the ability to lead complex negotiations.
Proficiency in ERP systems (procurement modules) and the ability to use data analytics to support decision-making.
Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-risk files and work cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders.
