Purpose
Contributes to the overall success of Tangerine’s AI Enablement and Automation Strategy by identifying, analyzing, and optimizing business processes that can benefit from intelligent automation, digital assistants, and data-driven insights.
The role ensures that business needs are clearly documented, translated into actionable requirements, and delivered in collaboration with technology, data, and AI platform teams, improving efficiency, scalability, and user experience across departments.
All activities are conducted in alignment with Tangerine’s governance, compliance, and operational excellence standards.

In February 2025, Scotiabank proudly served as the lead Banking Sponsor of the Invictus Games, an international multi-sport event that aids in the rehabilitation of wounded, injured, and ill service members—both active and retired.
Additionally, SVN hosts a variety of events throughout the year, including leadership symposiums and annual Remembrance Day ceremonies, to honor and support the military community.
