• You’ll administer workforce changes in SAP and coordinate closely with payroll to ensure accuracy.
• You’ll act as a first point of contact for managers and employees on employee relations, performance management, recruitment, learning, and HR policy questions.
• You’ll prepare employment offers, official correspondence, and support disability management and exit interviews.
• You’ll manage recruitment operations by creating requisitions in the ATS, screening applications, coordinating agencies, and supporting onboarding and orientation.
• You’ll assist with training coordination, talent management activities, employee events, and internal communications.
• You’ll contribute to the review, development, and administration of HR policies, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms, including SAP and SuccessFactors.
• Strong knowledge of Canadian employment legislation and HR compliance requirements.
• Experience across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and training support.
• Strong data literacy, analytical thinking, and comfort working independently without heavy supervision.
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and a personable, engaging style.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with excellent organization and prioritization skills.
