Your Responsibilities
- You will coordinate complex calendars, meetings, and appointments, ensuring logistics, materials, and technology are in place.
- You will prepare briefing materials by sourcing files, organizing documentation, and supporting meeting readiness.
- You will create and format professional presentations, reports, and correspondence using Microsoft Office tools.
- You will manage incoming communications, responding or redirecting inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
- You will support division-wide initiatives, events, and internal engagement activities.
- You will maintain organized filing systems and ensure data integrity across records and documentation.
Skills and Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive administrative experience, ideally supporting executives or senior leaders
- Proven experience in complex scheduling, document preparation, and confidential file management
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with diverse teams
- Experience in public sector or regulated environments is considered an asset
