This role sits within the Finance team and plays a key part in ensuring accurate, compliant payroll and commission reporting for employees across Canada. This role is an opportunity to make an immediate and meaningful impact. You will work closely with senior leaders, including Finance and HR partners, as well as sales teams who rely on timely, accurate commission insights. This is a standalone role that requires confidence, independence, and the ability to navigate ambiguity, particularly within a commission-heavy, multi-province environment.

- You’ll partner with VPs and sales leaders to resolve commission inquiries and provide clear explanations.
- You’ll maintain and enhance Excel-based models used for commission calculations and analysis.
- You’ll support budgeting and reporting related to payroll and commission expenses.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive payroll, commission, or finance-related experience.
- Strong Excel expertise, including VLOOKUP or XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and SUMIFS.
- Experience working with commission-based compensation structures.
