Location: Downtown Toronto, On-site (5 days per week, near Union Station)
Language: Strong written and spoken English, bilingual English/French is an asset
Duration: Month-to-month contract, early January start

About the Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity to join a highly respected professional services organization where technology excellence and client experience go hand in hand. In this role, you will be the go-to expert for delivering seamless, white-glove audio visual support in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment where precision and professionalism matter every day.

You will work closely with legal professionals, executives, and internal IT teams to support high-profile meetings across multiple offices, both in person and virtually. Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll own and support boardroom AV technology including videoconferencing, telephony, cameras, microphones, and displays.

  • In this role, you’ll set up, moderate, and support high-profile meetings to ensure flawless execution.

  • You’ll support hybrid meetings and help establish best practices for in-room and remote collaboration.

  • You’ll troubleshoot AV and conferencing issues in real time, remaining calm and solutions-focused.

  • You’ll maintain AV equipment to the highest quality and performance standards.

  • You’ll log, track, and manage incidents through the ticketing system.

  • You’ll collaborate with vendors and internal IT teams on escalations, projects, and improvements.


Skills and Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on technical support experience, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment.

  • Strong experience supporting video conferencing platforms such as MS Teams, Zoom, or BlueJeans.

  • Proven ability to support cameras, microphones, room audio systems, and display technologies.

  • Experience with room control systems such as Crestron or similar solutions.

  • Solid Windows, MS Office, and PC troubleshooting skills.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with confidence supporting senior stakeholders.

  • Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
