Associate, Recruitment & Onboarding
Location: Mississauga, Ontario, Hybrid (2 days on site)
Language: English, required for both written and spoken communication. French is considered an asset.
Background Check Requirement: Successful completion of a Vulnerable Sector Check is required.

As an Associate, Recruitment & Onboarding, you will play a key role in shaping how people join and grow within the organization.
Working closely with hiring managers, HR consultants, and cross-functional partners, you will support full-cycle recruitment and deliver a welcoming, well-coordinated onboarding experience. Your Responsibilities
You’ll manage full-cycle recruitment, from job postings and screening to interviews, references, and offer coordination.
In this role, you’ll partner with hiring managers and HR consultants to align recruitment practices with legislation and DEI principles.
You’ll coordinate and facilitate monthly new employee orientation sessions and maintain onboarding materials.
You’ll collaborate with external staffing agencies to support short-term hiring needs.
You’ll track vacancies, prepare reports, and share recruitment insights with internal stakeholders.
You’ll support employer branding efforts by promoting organizational values and culture across recruitment channels.
Skills and Qualifications
2–3 years of progressive experience in recruitment or HR coordination roles.
A Bachelor’s degree in a related field and a Human Resources Management certificate.
Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR administrative processes.
Experience using HRIS platforms and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
Demonstrated commitment to inclusive recruitment and onboarding practices.
