What you will be doing:

 

The Senior Manager, Sales Operations & Enablement will play a critical role in driving the effectiveness and efficiency of our investment sales organization. This position is responsible for developing and executing strategies that optimize sales processes, tools, and reporting, while also leading sales enablement initiatives to equip our advisors and sales teams with the resources, training, and insights they need to succeed. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical and operational expertise with a passion for empowering sales teams, ensuring alignment between business goals, technology, and client experience.

 

Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:

 

  • Deliver accurate and timely pipeline reporting and forecasting to provide visibility into sales performance and support strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee sales technology and tool adoption, including the integration and effective use of AI-driven solutions to enhance productivity and insights.
  • Collaborate on email campaign strategy, creation, and deployment to drive engagement and conversion across the sales funnel.
  • Lead workflow optimization and process improvement initiatives, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions to streamline operations.
  • Design and maintain sales dashboards and performance analytics that enable data-driven decisions and actionable insights.
  • Manage a sales enablement team responsible for training, onboarding, change management, and quality assurance, ensuring the sales organization is equipped for success.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Sales Operations - implementation & execution
  • Demonstrated ability to create shared vision, inspire collaboration, and drive change with momentum.
  • Strong background in client research and analytics techniques, client strategy, process improvement, human-centered design, and performance management
  • Track record of analytical, data-driven, and client-centric decision-making skills.
  • Ability to translate business objectives and strategic investments into actionable plans that positively impact profit and performance.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, collaborating across functions and adapting to a rapidly changing organization.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities across all levels of the organization, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Expert in querying database (SQL) and Microsoft Excel Expert
