New 3-month AP Clerk role open now in SE Calgary! Agilus is recruiting for an Accounts Payable Clerk in the retail sector in Calgary, Alberta. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Clerk to join our client's finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing vendor invoices, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. What's in it for you: $23.00 hourly Location: SE Calgary Start date: Jan 5th Contract duration: 3-months with a chance of extension Schedule: 8:00am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday, in-office full time Responsibilities: Review and prioritize a high volume of emails daily. Send invoices for approval. Processing a high volume of invoices. Review statements. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records. Requirements: 1+ years of experience as an AP Clerk. Experience with high-volume invoices. Excellent communication skills. High attention to detail. Quick with data entry.
