Your Responsibilities
You’ll lead integrated planning across roadmap, scope, schedule, resources, and financial management for a multi-year platform initiative.
You’ll build and maintain project and product management plans for Dynamics 365 and AEM implementation and iteration.
You’ll produce dashboards, weekly and monthly reporting, and briefings for senior leaders (ED-level and above).
You’ll oversee demos, UAT, client sign-offs, backlog management, and ongoing solution health monitoring.
You’ll coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and governance channels, keeping delivery aligned to Government of Canada expectations.
Skills and Qualifications
10+ years of Project Manager or Project Executive experience in an IM/IT environment (within the last 15 years).
Valid PMP certification.
Valid Prosci Change Management Practitioner certification.
Recent public sector experience delivering a large, national-impact project involving Dynamics 365 CRM and Adobe Experience Manager.
Confidence operating in complex, integrated environments with multiple stakeholders, integration points, and vendor coordination.
