Job Statement
Reporting to the Customer Experience Supervisor, the Customer Feedback Survey Representative will engage with customers to gather essential feedback regarding their experiences. This role requires a motivated individual to ensure all interactions are handled professionally while assessing the likelihood of customers recommending the company’s services.

Essential Functions
- Reach out to customers via phone and email using a provided contact list.
- Conduct surveys over the phone and email to gather feedback.
- Accurately document survey responses in Excel spreadsheets.
- Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage customer interactions across Canada and the US.
Qualifications
- Strong and professional communication skills.
- Experience with cold calling or outreach to new contacts is preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel for data entry and tracking.
- Confidence in working in an open-concept environment.
- Comfortable handling customer interactions over phone and email.
