About the Opportunity

This is a senior-level opportunity to lead high-impact IT service management initiatives within a large public sector environment. As a Project Executive, you will guide a critical options analysis on an enterprise BMC ITSM platform, helping shape decisions that influence service delivery at a national scale.

You will work closely with executive stakeholders, technical leaders, and cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into actionable recommendations. Your leadership will support informed decision-making, strengthen operational maturity, and contribute to the modernization of services that matter to Canadians.

Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll lead an end-to-end options analysis for an enterprise BMC ITSM platform, aligning business needs with technical possibilities.

  • In this role, you’ll engage executive and senior stakeholders to gather requirements, validate assumptions, and guide decision-making.

  • You’ll oversee project governance, reporting, and risk management to ensure clarity, accountability, and momentum.

  • You’ll provide executive-level advice and recommendations supported by clear analysis and evidence.

  • You’ll coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to assess solutions, impacts, and implementation considerations.


Skills and Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience leading large, complex IT or digital transformation projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in IT service management environments, ideally with ITSM platforms.
  • Proven ability to operate at the executive level, advising senior leaders or boards.
  • Strong background in public sector project delivery and governance.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Secret level clearance required
