Agilus is recruiting for several Office Administrators in the office sector in Calgary, Alberta. At Agilus, we help provide temporary and permanent staff to our various clients across Calgary with their open administrative roles. We're looking for candidates interested in being on-call for temporary admin roles, permanent admin opportunities, and contract roles in the new year. What's in it for you: $20.00 - $30.00 hourly Work model: full time in-office Schedule options: Monday to Friday, between the hours of 7am to 5pm Located across Calgary, majority of roles being downtown Work with different clients in different industries and gain some great experience Responsibilities: Front desk coverage - answering phones and greeting clients Organizing mail and couriers Invoices, expense reports, and ordering office supplies Data entry, filing, pulling reports Setting up boardrooms for meetings, taking minutes, creating presentations Calendar management and travel booking Requirements: 1+ year of various administrative experience Fluency with MS Office Flexibility with availability and schedule Outstanding communication skills Tech savvy The ability to establish priorities and work independently This posting is for future talent planning and does not reflect a current vacancy.
