About the Opportunity
This is an opportunity to step into a hands-on property management role where your experience and organization skills will make an immediate impact. You will support the day-to-day operations of a growing residential property portfolio, ensuring properties are well maintained, tenants are supported, and operations run smoothly.
You will work closely with a small, collaborative in-office team, including maintenance staff, contractors, and leasing partners. This role suits someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership of their work, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days look the same. The organization operates within the real estate and property management sector, managing a large portfolio of residential units with a strong focus on service and reliability.

Your Responsibilities
- You’ll oversee daily operations across approximately 40 properties and 500 plus residential units
- You’ll coordinate maintenance requests, schedule work, and manage priorities with in-house staff and contractors
- You’ll ensure properties are move-in ready by coordinating repairs and inspections
- You’ll review maintenance timesheets and sign off on contractor invoices before accounting processing
- You’ll follow up on tenant delinquencies to ensure accounts remain up to date
- You’ll support leasing activities, including move-ins, documentation, and lease agreements
Skills and Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of property management or leasing experience within residential environments
- Hands-on experience with property management platforms such as Buildium and or Yardi
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Professional, friendly communication style with tenants, vendors, and internal teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy, in-office setting
