Location: Bowmanville, ON (100% On-site)
Job Type: 36 Months Contract (40 hours/week)

Compensation: $55–$70/hour

Join a dynamic team managing large-scale EPC projects in the energy sector. As a Project Lead, you will oversee projects from inception to closeout, ensuring they meet budget, schedule, and quality objectives. Your Responsibilities
- You’ll lead EPC projects from planning through execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- You’ll manage contracts, invoices, purchase orders, and vendor performance to drive successful project delivery.
- You’ll identify, track, and mitigate project risks, maintaining comprehensive risk registers.
- You’ll mentor junior staff, providing guidance and coaching to strengthen project execution capability.
- You’ll support senior management with business cases, monthly forecasts, and administrative project tasks.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience with large-scale, technical projects, emphasizing installation, commissioning, and risk/cost/schedule management.
- Knowledge of electrical systems and major manufacturers’ equipment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in work planning, MTL/FTL, and risk management.
- Professional designation such as P.Eng. and/or PMP is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with ECC process is an asset.
