Your Responsibilities
You will be the first point of contact, screening and responding to telephone inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
In this role, you will conduct accurate record searches and create intake records using specialized systems.
You will prepare correspondence, reports, statistics, and meeting minutes, ensuring information is clear and well documented.
You will maintain comprehensive administrative and case-related records while updating databases and spreadsheets.
You will support day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, mail handling, supplies, and basic financial administration.
You will collaborate with team members, providing backup coverage and basic technology support as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
Secondary School Diploma with 2+ years of recent administrative experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong proficiency with MS Office, databases, and virtual meeting tools.
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Excellent communication and customer service skills, including a professional telephone manner.
Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and remain calm in high-pressure environments.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
