Your Responsibilities
You’ll manage expense processing and data entry for multiple corporate credit cards, ensuring accuracy and proper coding.
In this role, you’ll complete monthly Visa reconciliations and track supporting documentation.
You’ll run daily reports to monitor outstanding accounts payable and upcoming payments.
You’ll organize, file, and manage both electronic and paper invoices in line with internal processes.
Once comfortable, you’ll support payment setup and processing within the AP cycle.
You’ll assist with reception coverage for one hour daily, helping ensure a welcoming front desk presence.
Skills and Qualifications
1–3 years of hands-on accounts payable experience in a private-sector environment.
Proven ability to manage high-volume transactions with strong attention to detail.
Comfort working with accounting and expense management systems, training provided.
Strong organizational skills and a deadline-driven mindset.
A communicative, resourceful approach, you ask questions and enjoy learning.
