Your Responsibilities
You’ll support the accounting team with invoicing, credit card validation, and expense report processing.
You’ll assist with general administrative tasks to ensure internal processes run smoothly.
In this role, you’ll provide administrative support to the HR team when accounting administrative tasks are lighter.
You’ll help maintain organized records and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date.
You’ll communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and follow up on requests as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in an administrative, office assistant, coordinator, or clerk role.
Experience with expense reports, invoicing, credit card reconciliation or similar duties.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced, internal-facing role.
Clear and professional communication skills.
A positive, bubbly, and driven personality with a desire to stay and grow long term in an administrative career.
