Your Responsibilities
- In this role, you’ll provide expert technical and configuration support across Microsoft 365 services, with a strong focus on back-end administration.
- You’ll configure, manage, and support Exchange Online, ensuring stable and secure email services.
- You’ll administer Microsoft Intune, including configuration and support for iOS and Android devices.
- You’ll support identity and access management through Entra, maintaining secure and efficient user access.
- You’ll assist with PowerApps and Power BI, supporting both configuration and end-user needs.
- You’ll troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues, translating technical concepts into clear, practical guidance.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience providing expert-level Microsoft 365 technical and configuration support.
- Advanced experience with Exchange Online, Intune, Entra, and PowerApps.
- Proven experience configuring Intune for iOS and Android environments.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
