Agilus is recruiting for a Senior Project Manager in the Construction Industry in Mississauga, Ontario.
Join a leading real estate developer as a Senior Project Manager, overseeing rental apartment projects from pre-construction through completion. This role combines strategic planning, leadership, and hands-on execution to deliver exceptional living spaces. The role will be based at our client's Mississauga office during the precon phase, before moving on site to Etobicoke during construction.

Responsibilities:
Plan, establish, and organize project schedules and budgets
Prepare and manage tenders and negotiate subcontractor contracts
Coordinate resources and stakeholders, including professionals and subcontractors
Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards
Monitor and control project budgets during execution
Provide regular progress and cost reports to senior leadership
Identify and manage risks throughout development and construction phases
Oversee full implementation of assigned projects
Requirements:
Degree in engineering or architecture, or equivalent experience
Minimum 8 years managing real estate construction projects (residential, commercial, etc.)
Strong technical knowledge of construction methods and turnkey development
Proven leadership skills with experience in large, complex projects
Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
LEED certification considered an asset
