Notre client recherche un(e) professionnel(le) expérimenté(e) pour piloter les partenariats stratégiques avec de grandes marques de sport et de plein air telles que Nike, Adidas, Columbia, The North Face, Under Armour, et d’autres. La personne retenue sera responsable de la planification, de l’exécution et de l’optimisation de campagnes de co-marketing, en s’assurant que les objectifs des marques partenaires soient atteints et que les campagnes soient déployées efficacement sur tous les points de contact.

Responsabilités clés

  • Développer et piloter des stratégies de co-marketing complètes sur tous les canaux.
  • Rencontrer chaque saison les marques partenaires pour comprendre leurs objectifs et produire des briefs internes clairs.
  • Concevoir des architectures de campagnes 360° répondant aux besoins de toutes les parties prenantes.
  • Présenter l’histoire de marque de notre client, ses succès et les opportunités de collaboration aux partenaires.
  • Gérer la planification budgétaire, le suivi et la facturation des ententes de partenariat.
  • Assurer le déploiement omnicanal des campagnes (médias, influenceurs, réseaux sociaux, infolettres, site web, magasins) dans le respect des accords établis.

Collaboration

  • Développer des relations solides avec les marques partenaires et aligner les objectifs marketing dans le cadre des campagnes.
  • Favoriser une collaboration fluide entre les fournisseurs et les équipes internes : achat, opérations, contenu, réseaux sociaux et média.
  • Travailler avec les responsables des canaux pour assurer un déploiement intégré du contenu selon les priorités commerciales et la saisonnalité.

Profil recherché

  • Passion pour le sport et le plein air.
  • Minimum de 7 ans d’expérience en planification marketing, supervision de comptes et gestion de partenariats.
  • Baccalauréat en marketing, communication ou domaine connexe.
  • Compréhension des canaux marketing traditionnels, numériques et sociaux.
  • Maîtrise de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Bilinguisme français et anglais, oral et écrit.
  • Connaissance du commerce de détail, du sport ou de la mode (un atout).
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément et à établir des priorités.
  • Excellentes aptitudes organisationnelles et relationnelles.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication.

Position Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced professional to lead strategic partnerships with major sports and outdoor brands such as Nike, Adidas, Columbia, The North Face, Under Armour, and others. This role involves planning, executing, and optimizing co-marketing campaigns, ensuring partner brand objectives are met, and deploying campaigns effectively across all customer touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy and Planning

  • Develop and lead comprehensive co-marketing strategies across all channels.
  • Meet with partner brands each season to understand their objectives and prepare clear internal briefs.
  • Build 360° campaign frameworks that address stakeholder needs.
  • Present our client’s brand narrative, past successes, and collaboration opportunities to partners.
  • Oversee budget planning, tracking, and billing for partnership agreements.
  • Manage omnichannel deployment of campaigns (media, influencers, social, newsletters, website, in-store) in accordance with agreements.

Collaboration

  • Build strong relationships with partner brands and align marketing objectives within co-marketing campaigns.
  • Facilitate smooth collaboration between suppliers and internal teams: buying, operations, content, social media, and media.
  • Work with channel owners to ensure integrated content deployment according to business priorities and seasonal timing.

Candidate Profile

  • Passion for sports and the outdoors.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing planning, account supervision, and partnership management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Understanding of traditional, digital, and social marketing channels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Bilingual in French and English, written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of retail, sports, or fashion sectors (an asset).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
