Les gestionnaires de Partners in Performance jouent un rôle essentiel dans l’exécution de nos mandats. Ils s’adaptent facilement et sont à l’aise pour travailler sur l’amélioration des activités, la mise en œuvre d’approvisionnements stratégiques, l’optimisation du portefeuille de capital et la réalisation de diligences raisonnables commerciales, auprès d’une large gamme de clients et de secteurs dans toute l’Australie et la Nouvelle-Zélande. À la tête d'une équipe composée d’associés principaux, d’associés ou d’analystes commerciaux, vous assurez l'exécution des mandats, la collaboration, le mentorat et la gestion du client. Vous n'aurez pas à soumettre votre travail, mais vous contrôlerez un processus de bout en bout.
Votre développement professionnel sera appuyé par votre responsable du développement personnel et par nos programmes de formation et de perfectionnement de renommée internationale. Tout en assurant une approche structurée, notre organisation est suffisamment petite pour que vous puissiez être traité comme un individu, avec la possibilité d'apporter de nouvelles idées et de tirer le meilleur parti de votre esprit d’entrepreneuriat.
Vous avez une expérience en conseil au sein d’un cabinet de stratégie de premier rang, possédez d’excellentes compétences logiques et analytiques, êtes capable de résoudre des problèmes commerciaux complexes et souhaitez voir des résultats tangibles grâce à votre travail dans le cadre d’une carrière chez PIP.
