About the Opportunity
This is an exciting chance to join a collaborative healthcare environment where your project leadership will help shape the future of integrated clinical and digital care. In this role, you will guide the day-to-day operations of a feasibility study that brings together multiple partners across the health system, ensuring seamless coordination and meaningful progress toward shared goals.

Working closely with clinical teams, primary care partners, and digital health stakeholders, you’ll have a direct impact on how information flows, decisions are made, and solutions are tested across the continuum of care. Your Responsibilities
• You’ll lead day-to-day project coordination, work planning, scheduling, and progress tracking.
• You’ll maintain and update the project plan from initiation through prototype testing and evaluation.
• You’ll coordinate Working Group and Core Team activities, including agendas, materials, minutes, and follow-ups.
• You’ll support recruitment and engagement of participating primary care practices.
• You’ll oversee staging environment testing activities and coordinate internal and external testing efforts.
• You’ll identify and manage risks, issues, and decisions, ensuring mitigation strategies are documented and monitored.
• You’ll ensure all project documentation is complete and up to date, including charters, scope updates, and decision logs.
• You’ll coordinate inputs from legal, privacy, and security partners to support agreements and data governance requirements.
• You’ll support the development of the final feasibility report, ensuring timely input from all project partners.

Skills and Qualifications
• 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in project management within healthcare or digital health.
• Experience delivering complex projects with multiple partners and clinical stakeholders.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to translate high-level strategy into actionable operational plans.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities in fast-moving environments.
