About the Opportunity
Our client, a mission-driven non-profit organization in the health care sector, is seeking a strategic and people-focused HR Business Partner, Talent Strategy to join their People and Culture team. This role blends thoughtful advisory work with hands-on partnership, supporting leaders through organizational design, talent programs, and data-driven decision making. You will be embedded in an environment where engagement insights, annual surveys, and real-time data guide meaningful conversations and help shape a healthy workplace culture.

Your Responsibilities
- You will serve as a strategic thought partner to assigned client groups, building trusted relationships that support organizational and talent goals.
- You will use engagement data and People and Culture insights to guide leaders, facilitate discussions, and influence decision making in real time.
- You will manage end-to-end recruitment for designated portfolios, ensuring equitable practices and an exceptional candidate journey.
- You will support performance management, development planning, and annual talent programs that uplift employee growth and experience.
- You will advise leaders on employee relations, accommodations, and policy interpretation, always with a focus on equity and fairness.
- You will guide teams through change, restructuring, and organizational design, offering tools and communication strategies that build resilience.
- You will contribute to or lead strategic projects related to talent development, culture, and process improvement.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience supporting internal client groups.
- Experience delivering recruitment, employee relations support, and talent-focused initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of performance management, succession planning, and compensation processes.
- Proven ability to interpret HR legislation and apply best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to coach and influence leaders.
- Comfort working with HR data to guide decisions and measure impact.
- Strong written communication skills, including the ability to prepare proposals or presentations.
- CHRL or progress toward CHRL is a strong asset.
