Your Responsibilities

• You will support senior team members in nurturing client relationships and responding to inquiries.
• You will identify and follow up on new business opportunities to help expand market reach.
• You will travel to client meetings, trade shows, and factory visits as needed.
• You will prepare sales reports, presentations, and assist with administrative tasks that keep the sales cycle moving.
• You will monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
• You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and strong customer service.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, or equivalent education.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin for written and verbal communication across client groups.
• Willing and able to travel frequently within Canada, the United States, and internationally.
• Comfortable working flexible hours to accommodate travel and client needs.
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn complex products and markets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Organized, adaptable, and confident working in a fast-paced environment.
