Agilus is recruiting for a Delivery Manager in the Financial Services in a hybrid work environment in Toronto, Ontario. We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of initiatives across multiple cross-functional technology teams. You will play a key role in driving alignment, removing roadblocks, and ensuring delivery teams are set up for success as they work across several concurrent initiatives. A typical day: Lead delivery planning and tracking across several development teams • Maintain project documentation, status reporting, and governance artifacts • Facilitate agile ceremonies as needed and support teams using various delivery frameworks • Identify delivery risks, issues, and dependencies and drive resolutions • Work closely with engineering, product, and enterprise stakeholders to ensure operational alignment • Contribute to internal delivery playbooks, templates, and process improvements • Bring structure, clarity, and momentum to ambiguous or evolving workstreams Successful candidates will have: • 5+ years in delivery management, project management, or technical program management • Strong understanding of agile delivery models and hands-on experience working across teams with different frameworks • Ability to navigate enterprise governance environments and manage cross-functional dependencies • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Experience working in large financial institutions is an asset • Proficiency with Confluence, Jira, and MS Office Suite • Experience supporting cloud or platform delivery is a plus Total rewards: $80.00 - $100.00 hourly Soft skills: • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills This posting is for an active opening.
