Client Services Manager – Commissionaires Calgary

 

Are you a relationship-builder with strong operational leadership experience? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where exceptional service delivery, staff development, and client satisfaction are top priorities? We are looking for an experienced Client Services Manager (CSM) to join our Calgary team and play a key role in ensuring high-quality service for our valued clients.

As a CSM, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, responsible for maintaining strong partnerships, supporting site-level teams, and ensuring reliable, efficient, and safe service delivery. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker who can balance operational excellence, people management, and client care.


Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships, focusing on client satisfaction and long-term relationships.
  • Ensure consistent service standards across all client sites, including staffing, reporting, and contract compliance.
  • Investigate and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Participate in contract renewals and identify opportunities for business growth.

Operational Leadership

  • Provide leadership and support to Site Managers, Supervisors, and Guards.
  • Ensure safe, effective, and efficient delivery of all client services.
  • Monitor team performance and ensure alignment with divisional KPIs.
  • Manage operational costs and optimize contract efficiency.
  • Ensure staff are well-trained, properly supported, and deployed appropriately.
  • Develop succession plans and foster continuous improvement within the region.

Collaboration & Strategic Support

  • Work closely with HR, Recruiting, Sales, and Marketing to support staffing needs, business development, and compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to legislative requirements and company policies.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and professional functions.
  • Participate in leadership meetings and contribute to ongoing operational planning.

Qualifications & Experience

Required

  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management abilities.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred

  • Experience in operations management or related fields.
  • Security industry experience or relevant security designation.
  • Understanding industry trends, best practices in operations, client care, and account management.

Working Conditions

  • Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with flexibility required for duty manager responsibilities as needed.
  • Primarily office-based, with some travel required within the region.
  • OT-exempt position.
