Client Services Manager – Commissionaires

looking for an experienced Client Services Manager (CSM) to join our
Calgary team and play a key role in ensuring high-quality service for our
valued clients.
As a CSM, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of
clients, responsible for maintaining strong partnerships, supporting site-level
teams, and ensuring reliable, efficient, and safe service delivery. This
leadership role requires a strategic thinker who can balance operational
excellence, people management, and client care.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the
main point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients.
- Build and
maintain strong partnerships, focusing on client satisfaction and
long-term relationships.
- Ensure
consistent service standards across all client sites, including staffing,
reporting, and contract compliance.
- Investigate and
resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Participate in
contract renewals and identify opportunities for business growth.
Operational Leadership
- Provide
leadership and support to Site Managers, Supervisors, and Guards.
- Ensure safe,
effective, and efficient delivery of all client services.
- Monitor team
performance and ensure alignment with divisional KPIs.
- Manage
operational costs and optimize contract efficiency.
- Ensure staff
are well-trained, properly supported, and deployed appropriately.
- Develop
succession plans and foster continuous improvement within the region.
Collaboration & Strategic Support
- Work closely
with HR, Recruiting, Sales, and Marketing to support staffing needs,
business development, and compliance.
- Ensure
adherence to legislative requirements and company policies.
- Represent the
organization at industry events, trade shows, and professional functions.
- Participate in
leadership meetings and contribute to ongoing operational planning.
Qualifications & Experience
Required
- Proven ability
to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Demonstrated
leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams.
- Excellent
communication, organizational, and time-management abilities.
- Strong ability
to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred
- Experience in
operations management or related fields.
- Security
industry experience or relevant security designation.
- Understanding
industry trends, best practices in operations, client care, and account
management.
Working Conditions
- Full-time,
Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with flexibility required for duty
manager responsibilities as needed.
- Primarily
office-based, with some travel required within the region.
- OT-exempt
position.
