Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will assess specialty training details and determine eligibility for examination across Canadian, US, and practice routes.
You will review large volumes of documents, validate complex information, and ensure candidates meet established thresholds.
You will respond to sensitive and confidential inquiries, offering clear and accurate guidance throughout the eligibility process.
You will participate in data analysis activities, identifying trends and presenting insights to internal partners.
You will support process and policy enhancements by collaborating with the Credentials Manager and Policy Analyst.
You will assist with technology testing and system updates that support exams and assessment workflows.
Skills and Qualifications
3+ years of progressive experience in healthcare, insurance, admissions, or a related field
Education equivalent to a college diploma in Education, Business Administration, or a related discipline
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, document formatting, and database management
Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret standards, identify issues, and recommend accurate solutions
Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and ability to manage large volumes of work
Comfort working independently, conducting research, and producing high quality reports
Strong cultural awareness and commitment to accuracy in decisions that may have legal or long-term implications
