Your Responsibilities
- You’ll operate high-speed digital printers and mail machines to meet daily production targets.
- In this role, you’ll complete finishing tasks such as cutting, folding, and stapling with precision.
- You’ll perform quality checks to ensure output meets accuracy and presentation standards.
- You’ll respond to customer requests and monitor shared inboxes for incoming jobs.
- You’ll maintain records, audit output for reporting, and manage inventory and supplies.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience in an office, production, or service environment.
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
