Job Title: ServiceNow Developer
Location: Toronto, ON, Hybrid
Job Type: Permanent
Compensation: Up to 125,000 + 10% bonus + 7% RRSP

Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll design, configure, and develop on the ServiceNow platform, including business rules, flows, UI policies, and notifications.

  • In this role, you’ll build and maintain CMDB and CSDM relationships, drive discovery, and ensure data quality.

  • You’ll deliver integrations with third-party tools using REST, SOAP, and native connectors.

  • You’ll troubleshoot prod and test issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve SEV 1 incidents on rotation.

  • You’ll contribute to secure SDLC practices, documentation, and training materials, and manage tickets to closure.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 3–4 years of hands-on ServiceNow development, plus JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Angular.

  • 2+ years with CMDB and CSDM, discovery probes and sensors, and protocols such as SNMP, SSH, WMI.

  • Experience across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, GRC or SecOps, with HAM, HAM Pro or SAM as a plus.

  • ServiceNow CSA and CAD, or CIS in ITSM, Discovery, Event Management, Software Asset Management.

  • Comfortable in Agile and Waterfall environments, strong communicator and collaborator.

    ServiceNow Certified Application Developer

    ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, Service Mapping, Discovery, Event Management or Software Asset Management)
