What’s in Store:
We're on the lookout for individuals with a superstar personality who can shine in a fast-paced environment. Your journey will kick off with on-site training in Kanata for the first 6 to 8 weeks, where you'll learn the ropes from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM. After that, you’ll transition to full-time work from home—how great is that?
Shift Flexibility:
Post-training, you'll need to be available for a mix of morning, evening, and overnight shifts from Monday to Sunday. Your start date? January 16th You’ll embark on an 11-week contract with the exciting potential for an extension all the way to August 2026.
Pay Rate: $18/hour
Your Role Will Include:
- Welcoming customers at the front desk and addressing their requests.
- Coordinating conference calls and managing incoming calls and emails.
- Dispatching requests based on service commitments.
- Creating technical support tickets, placing orders for parts, and keeping our inventory in tip-top shape.
What We’re Looking For:
To be a part of this dynamic team, you should have:
- Outstanding communication skills in English.
- A flexible schedule to work Monday to Sunday, including nights.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Experience with Salesforce and ticketing systems is a bonus!
