About the Opportunity
Our public sector healthcare client is seeking a Medical Administrator to provide essential support during a period of increased referrals. In this role, you will join a team to helping ensure that patients receive timely, compassionate, and well-coordinated service.
Working closely with clinical staff, you will support both front-desk operations and referral management. Your work will help reduce a current backlog, improve patient flow, and contribute to a positive experience for individuals receiving care during an important time in their lives.

Your Responsibilities
You will greet and register patients as they arrive for daily treatments.
In this role, you’ll manage the check-in and check-out process to support smooth patient flow.
You will handle incoming referrals and assist in clearing the existing backlog.
You’ll respond to emails, manage phone inquiries, and forward calls to the appropriate team members.
You will schedule consultations, coordinate appointments, and provide patients with required forms.
You’ll support clinicians by informing them of cancellations and scanning treatment records promptly.
Skills and Qualifications
Previous experience in a medical administrative or clinic coordinator role.
Experience working directly with patient populations, with an empathetic and client-centered approach.
Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
Ability to learn new systems quickly. Experience with EMR systems is a must.
Comfortable working fully on site and available to start as soon as possible, with some training provided.
