Our client, a leading organization in the retail sector, is seeking a Manager, Operations Process to champion operational excellence and drive meaningful performance improvements across store operations. In this role, you will help shape the future state of retail processes by uncovering efficiency opportunities, streamlining workflows, and enabling teams with practical, measurable solutions.

Your Responsibilities
- In this role, you will analyze labour model drivers to identify efficiency opportunities and recommend improvements that enhance operational performance.
- You will provide consultative support to project teams and contribute to a clear, actionable process improvement roadmap.
- You will lead operational improvement initiatives, applying Lean Six Sigma tools in partnership with business units and subject matter experts.
- You will plan and facilitate workshops, time studies, process mapping exercises, and reporting activities that support decision-making.
- You will oversee the development, validation, and maintenance of labour baselines and SOPs that guide consistent, high-quality execution across the network.
- You will partner with field leadership to implement new processes, assess COPQ impacts, and maintain operational integrity through testing and continuous improvement.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years of leadership experience with strong coaching and team-building capabilities
- Lean Six Sigma and project management training, with 2+ years of hands-on project experience
- Experience applying Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma methodologies within an operations environment
- Strong facilitation skills and comfort presenting to groups of varied sizes, including senior stakeholders
- Advanced organizational and project management abilities, with proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions
