- You will maintain and update various spreadsheets, reports and documents across payroll, payables and inventory tracking.
- You will support inventory management by tracking stock, updating counts and reallocating items to job sites when needed.
- You will assist with general office duties including couriers, filing, organizing training sessions and supporting administrative workflows.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3 to 4 years of experience in payroll and accounts payable, including hands-on manual data entry.
- Experience processing weekly payroll in any system, comfort learning new applications and strong Excel skills.
- Ability to manage high volumes of data accurately, meet tight deadlines and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to work with a variety of personalities across field and office teams.
