Your Responsibilities

• You’ll manage incoming production orders, reviewing, logging, prioritizing, and preparing responses for law enforcement and government agencies.

• In this role, you’ll coordinate with internal teams to ensure requests are fulfilled accurately and securely, meeting required deadlines.

• You’ll prepare bilingual response packages, providing data in a secure manner and following up with agencies as needed.

• You’ll support technical access for law enforcement officers accessing their results and maintain high standards for information management.

• You’ll assist in coordinating document signings and affirmations, ensuring all parties are present and timelines are met.

Skills and Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in business, legal, or fraud operations

• University degree or equivalent in business, legal, or social science fields

• Bilingual in English and French, with excellent written and verbal communication

• Paralegal certification is a strong asset

• Advanced competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize high volumes of requests

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive material while collaborating effectively
