About the Opportunity

Step into a pivotal role where your expertise will directly influence a major HR transformation for a large and complex public sector environment. In this high-impact project, you will lead the modernization of an established SAP Human Capital Management ecosystem as it transitions to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Onboarding. You will guide multiple interconnected workstreams, ensuring alignment across data migration, integration, testing, and overall program delivery.

You will work closely with diverse stakeholders across the organization, bringing clarity and structure to a multi-year transformation that will shape the institution’s HR landscape for years to come. Alongside your project leadership responsibilities, you will also contribute hands-on business analysis support, helping drive well-informed design decisions and operational improvements that strengthen the broader HR technology strategy.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will lead the end-to-end delivery of the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Onboarding implementation, ensuring alignment across all workstreams.
  • You will oversee data migration, integration design, testing phases, and data replication activities to ensure a seamless transition.
  • You will coordinate vendor and partner engagements, negotiating SLAs and driving accountability for timelines, deliverables, and quality.
  • You will conduct business analysis work, defining requirements, evaluating processes, and recommending improvements to HR systems and workflows.
  • You will support strategic HR technology initiatives by preparing reports, conducting research, and advising leadership on long-term planning.
  • You will participate in committees, deliver presentations, and communicate progress to executive stakeholders.
  • You will manage project budgets, risks, and governance structures for successful delivery.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 8+ years of progressive experience delivering HR technology projects in complex environments.
  • PMP, PgMP, PfMP, or CAPM certification, with ITIL or Lean Six Sigma as assets.
  • Experience leading large, enterprise-wide IT or HRIS modernization projects.
  • Hands-on experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, with Onboarding 2.0 or other module certifications considered an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, legislation, and systems, including data migration, integration, transformation, and RBP security.
  • Proven vendor management experience, including contract negotiations and oversight of SAP implementation partners.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, analytical, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence diverse senior stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, balancing attention to detail with big-picture thinking.
