We are looking for an energetic, engaging Training Instructor who thrives on developing others. If you love empowering people through hands-on learning and clear instruction, we want to hear from you.
In this position, you will be reporting to Training Sergeant. You will be responsible for the delivery of mandatory training including Peace Officer Recruit Training, In-service training, firearms and control tactics. You will be preparing for each training session, delivering/co-delivering classroom training, providing feedback and evaluation on the performance of the recruits, and collaborating with curriculum developers on changes and improvements to the curriculum and course materials
