Our client, a global leader in the digital marketing and technology consulting space, is seeking an Inside Sales Digital Marketing Specialist to support small and medium sized businesses in elevating their online presence. In this role, you will guide business owners through their social media advertising strategies, helping them understand what works, where to optimize, and how to grow confidently on the platform.

Your Responsibilities
You will manage a portfolio of small to medium sized business advertisers, helping them grow revenue and optimize their digital marketing strategies.
In this role, you will consult with clients by phone and email, providing personalized recommendations based on their goals, industry needs, and product performance.
You will proactively conduct outbound calls to identify opportunities, enhance campaigns, and consistently exceed quarterly sales targets.
You will analyze trends, diagnose performance issues, and guide clients toward impactful advertising solutions.
You will build long term relationships with decision makers, offering insights that improve adoption, confidence, and overall customer satisfaction.
You will collaborate on improving products and processes, sharing ideas that enhance the client experience and internal operations.
Skills and Qualifications
4 or more years of professional work experience, including at least 2 years in relationship based OUTBOUND sales or cold calling, digital marketing, or advertising sales.
Experience in outbound sales with quota carrying responsibilities.
Strong understanding of social media advertising and digital marketing fundamentals.
Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change, and problem solve in a fast paced environment.
Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills with a solutions focused mindset.
Strong computer skills with the ability to multitask across multiple platforms.
Experience working with North American customers is an asset.
