About the Opportunity
Our client, a global leader in the digital marketing and technology consulting space, is seeking an Inside Sales Digital Marketing Specialist to support small and medium sized businesses as they grow their online presence. In this role, you will guide business owners through their social media advertising strategies, helping them understand what works, where to optimize, and how to build confidence using the platform.

Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will manage a portfolio of small to medium sized business advertisers and help them optimize their social media advertising strategies.
You will consult with clients through high volume outbound and inbound outreach, offering personalized recommendations based on their business goals and campaign performance.
You will identify sales opportunities and guide clients toward solutions that improve product adoption, campaign outcomes, and overall investment.
You will analyze trends, troubleshoot performance issues, and provide insights to enhance the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.
You will build strong, long term relationships with decision makers and contribute to multi touch upselling and cross selling strategies.
You will stay informed on industry trends and competitors, sharing ideas that improve both the customer experience and internal processes.
Skills and Qualifications
3 or more years of professional work experience, including at least 1 years in relationship based sales, digital marketing, or advertising sales.
Experience with outbound calling and meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media advertising tools.
Ability to learn quickly, adapt to evolving client needs, and work through problems with creativity and analysis.
Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills with a customer focused mindset.
Strong computer skills, with the ability to multitask across multiple programs.
Experience supporting North American customers is an asset.
